United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Administrative Assistant


Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the CEO, Director of Policy and Programme Strategy and Director of Finance and Performance of Sightsavers.


The post holder will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel plans. The role will include meeting and greeting visitors in the office to attend CEO and Director meetings as well as write correspondence on behalf of the CEO and Directors.


The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or have the equivalent experience. You will have a strong experience in an administrative support role ideally within a multicultural working environment. You will have strong administrative skills with an excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Candidates with an understanding of equality of opportunity for disabled people would be of particular interest.
