Head of Direct Marketing

Location: Haywards Heath, UK

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

Sightsavers has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Direct Marketing to join the Global Fundraising team.

This is a new post and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the direct marketing work across Italy, Sweden, Norway and the UK.

This is a crucial role which requires an inspirational and ambitious leader to maximise the enthusiasm and potential of a hard working team. The post holder will be an exceptional direct marketer and will be focused on the process and science behind a test and learn approach. They will have extensive experience of being responsible for devising, implementing and managing a multi-million pound income and expenditure budget.

We are looking for a confident and autonomous individual who has excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. This role involves a significant amount of working across teams to pull together a cohesive approach and plan to enable Sightsavers to reach its ambitious growth targets.

The post holder will need to commit to international travel, probably for a few days each month.
