Account Executive Group Risk




Employer: Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT)


Summary:


This is a desk based role. The primary role of the Account Executive, under the supervision of the Senior Consultant, is to assist in managing, administering and growing a portfolio of high value accounts. Ensuring and providing an excellent level of customer service, and assist in meeting all team targets.


The role will be carried out by the application of agreed processes, procedures and the application of agreed account management techniques, whilst at all times adhering to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).


We expect an intermediate knowledge of at least 2 of the following products if applying for this role;


 Life Assurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness


Desirable:


 Basic Industry knowledge of wider pensions, reward and employee benefits areas


 Good legislative knowledge affecting Group Risk


 Recognised Industry qualification or working towards/partial completion


Technical:


 Strong attention to detail and accuracy


 Strong Compliance awareness including Treating Customer Fairly


 Communications skills that are adaptable to meet project stakeholder requirements.


 Excellent organisational and time management skills


 Ability to work under own initiative


 Intermediate / Advanced level in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
