Client Account Manager - International Entertainment Co - Perm!
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, an Entertainment Marketing Agency, for an on-site Client Account Manager to work with their client a film studio. This role will require you to build, develop, maintain and grow effective Stakeholder relationships, gather data to make recommendations and project manage those recommendations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of initiative and be confident working under pressure. The Account Manager will be professional and remain calm under pressure in constant client facing role. Client Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Gather and fully utilise available data in order to make cost effective recommendations for marketing strategies
- Maintain the Service Level Agreement with the client, ensuring it is on time and up-to-date
- Define, implement, review and update critical processes to ensure the client account is serviced
- Seek and follow through where there are opportunities to develop the business with the client with buy-in from all parties
- Make regular presentations to the client sales and marketing teams
- To identify and resolve any issues with the service delivery
- Set-up, control and report on the budget for the account
- Review and sign off activities for the client, ensuring all requirements are met
Client Account Manager Essential Skills:
- Previous field marketing experience is desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint
- Ability to work under high pressure situations
- Self-starter, motivated with the desire to succeed
- Client relationship management expert
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
