HR Consultant (HR, Transformation, Change, Delivery, Solutions)
**Multiple Hires for ACCOMPLISHED AND PASSIONATE HR Change Professionals**
I am searching for accomplished and experienced HR Consultants (HR, Transformation, Change, Delivery, Solutions) to join my client across large scale HR change and transformation in a role that encompasses all aspects of Business Analysis from the early stages of project setup to initiating and delivering the project.
These HR Consultants (HR, Transformation, Change, Delivery, Solutions) must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
Change Delivery:
- Understanding the routines, disciplines and challenges of designing bids to offer transformation programmes that exploit business change delivery to be innovative and attractive, yet competitively pitched and viable as profitable long-term partnerships
- Participates in designing bids
- Practical implementation of Business Architectures and Operating Models, re-structuring teams and re-defining roles, responsibilities and external stakeholder relationships
- Change network design and sustainable ownership of change leadership development
- Partnering and multi-organisation delivery culture
- Stakeholder engagement & communications planning and delivery
Organisational Development:
- Leadership coaching and development, from shopfloor to boardroom
- Workforce improvement and organisation capability planning and improvement, including team-building and personal development
- Coaching and mentoring
- Change leadership and motivational management
Core PBR skills:
- Consulting experience preferred, but not essential
- Working in large scale transformation programmes, using partnering approaches, problem-solving techniques and innovative thinking to shape complex business solutions
- Leading client engagements
- Commercial awareness and account planning
- Stakeholder management, diplomacy and influencing
- Project and / or programme management delivery
- Presenting complex information with clarity and impact
- Copy-writing and public presentation
- Risk, issue and benefits management
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- Technical qualifications in change or people management (e.g. CMI, CIPD) (Desirable)
- Recognised Project Management accreditation (e.g. PRINCE 2, APM) (Desirable)
- Security Clearance would be beneficial for some engagements
