Hotel Manager – Job Role
To be responsible for the overall management of your hotel in order to maximise sales and profit through effectively leading your team, maintaining brand standards and driving great customer service.

This position will suit a professional Front Desk Manager who would like to manage a 50 bedroom hotel near Heathrow airport. This role is a very accommodation orientated role.

You must live locally to Hayes/ Heathrow area.

Skills/Experience needed to become their Hotel Manager
– Good standard of general education, (GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English to Grade C is a minimum)
– Fully flexible on hours and able to work early shifts, late shifts and regular weekends.
– Passionate about customer service
– Team player and able to work on own initiative
– Accommodation orientated hotel professional
– Proven people management experience
– Commercially aware and able to manage budgets and control costs
– Target driven
– Customer facing background
– Proven planning and organising skills
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good sense of humour
