International Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Academy

After last year’s monumental success, we are reopening our graduate recruitment academy and are looking for aspiring graduate recruitment consultants to take on this market-leading training programme. The training programme itself is a three month scheme and leads directly into a role as a full recruitment consultant within our multinational recruitment company.

Out of last year’s ten graduates who completed the course, all ten have gone on to progress to full recruitment consultants, and two have already been promoted to senior consultants. In their first year, our recruitment academy graduates are have earnt on average £46,000, with the highest earner earning £57,000.

The company itself is a global, FTSE250 company, leading the way in the UK’s technology sector, with branches in many other lucrative areas of recruitment. We have a fantastic office environment, with daily friendly competitions between teams and individuals.

The starting salary for a trainee recruitment consultant is £22K, and graduates are able to make the most of our comprehensive commission structure from day one.

The training academy itself is extremely hands-on. We believe in learning whilst doing so you will be throw straight into the life of a recruitment consultant. You will be able to benefit from the combined decades of experience from our role-specific trainers, as well as constant advice from our senior consultants, managers and directors.

• Have a 2:1 degree or equivalent from a top 50 university


• Be confident and build rapport easily
