The Registered Nurse Opportunities:

We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses for our care homes across our West London, Southall and Greenford. The role holders will be responsible for the health, safety and well being of all the residents in the home whilst on duty.

Essential Required Skills:

Qualifications:

> 1st level NMC registered Nursing qualification appropriate to the service

Knowledge:

> Care needs of older people
> Social care act
> Person centred care & care planning
> Risk Assessments
> Health and Safety Act
> Human rights of individuals
> NMC The Code and guidelines
> Safe guarding adults
> Role of CQC

Experience:

> Experience in appropriate care setting
> Care planning
> Risk Assessments
> Liaising with other professionals
> Supervisory role
> Managing conflict

Skills:

> Good verbal/written communications
> Ability to use own initiate as well as be able to work within a team
> Good record keeping
> Able to be a role model Assessing nursing needs and care planning of older people
> IT skills
> Supervisory skills
> Leadership
