Senior Test Analyst – Senior QA Analyst – Selenium, C#, Specflow, TDD – become Principle/Lead in 9 months

As part of a multimillion pound drive to move into the four key European markets our customer – the UK’s leading online retailer for an extremely niche fashion vertical – seek a skilled Test Analyst with experience of building Selenium test scripts in C#.

Initial duties include working directly with the business to establish requirements, bringing these to design, brainstorming and Scrum sessions to establish test cases and eventually writing functional then technical test scripts directly into Selenium using C#.

This role contains huge scope for growth. While the existing UK test team is Agile, full BDD is yet to be introduced, so the European team will begin working with Specflow over the first six months of its inception.

The aim is to bring automation to the business, with the Test Analyst leading education in C# among the existing manual testers and moving quickly into a principle role. This is career progression at a pace outside the usual channels, with a confident QA Analyst able to step into a principle/lead role within 9 months.
