Our client would like to recruit graduates, trainees or experienced lettings negotiators for their Chelsea office.

• Arranging viewings


• Carrying out viewings in a professional manner


• Registering potential tenants


• Create new business opportunities


• Contract negotiation


• Managing clients

Criteria for the trainee property negotiator role

• Articulate and results driven individual


• Degree qualification beneficial but not essential


• Full UK driving license

Package for the trainee property negotiator

• £22k for first 3 months


• £14-16k Basic salary


• OTE: £45k (first year), £60k+ (second year)


• Incentive Schemes including trips abroad and increased commission


• Company Car
