Senior HR Administrator-Fixed Term Contract

We are now looking to recruit an experienced and ideally fully qualified Senior HR Administrator on a FTC/Temporary basis to support our busy HR team.


In this fast paced role, you will have the responsibility for supporting HR projects and working collaboratively with HR Directors, Operations and Functions to provide core operational and transactional HR support and administration. You will be responsible for managing our key HR systems and processes, and assisting managers to resolve employee issues by providing professional, high quality advice and support on a varied employee relations case load. You will manage administrative processes within the HR function and provide support to the existing team, including updating and maintaining employee information, running management reports and providing statistics for key stakeholders.


We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator/HR Advisor with significant experience gained in a generalist HR function who has excellent interpersonal skills, a good eye for detail, strong IT and excellent administrative skills (including excel). You will need to be savvy using a HR management system, experience with Cascade is highly desirable. You will have a flexible approach to your work, be customer focused, self motivated and able to use your own initiative. An appreciation of what it means to work in a busy HR environment is strongly sought!
