Weekend Library Assistant - Library and Open Access IT - University of the Arts London - King's Cross

These are weekend term time only contracts (38 weeks) . Between 31-34 weeks are rostered hours worked on a set weekend day; posts are for either 9.5 hours (.194 FTE) or 4.5 (.108 FTE) hours. The remainder are reserve hours planned with you in advance to accommodate extra weekend or weekday opening, plus staff training and development. There may be a requirement to work these reserve hours on an agreed weekday.

Your profile

You should have relevant library or customer service experience, and formal training or education to post-16 level. You wil have excellent written and oral communication skills and be IT literate. Working in a small team, you will provide a positive and responsive customer service.
