United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Receptionist / Supporter Data Officer

Tearfund is looking for a full time Receptionist/Supporter Data Officer who is enthusiastic about serving the poor by providing excellent customer service to our staff and supporters.

The successful applicant will set themselves high standards and will need to have a flexible approach to work and strong interpersonal skills. The Supporter Care Team works closely together in a busy environment – they demonstrate a desire to serve our staff and supporters and strive to be known for giving excellent service in all their communications.

Part of the role will involve working on Reception as the face of Tearfund, greeting staff and visitors. You will also respond to supporter requests, working with speed and accuracy as you record information on our database. At other times you will be working in the team area, responding to supporter telephone calls while continuing to complete additions and changes to our database.
