A market-leading, globally recognized marketing and recruitment firm are looking for intelligent, highly motivated individuals to work as entry level researchers. Such is the calibre of their service, they are able to boast such clients as Samsung, Cadburys and BMW. Their consultants know and love their markets, and are in direct contact with the best managers and directors of the hottest brands.

A successful candidate will have the following skill set:

• Degree from a top 50 University


• Highly competitive – Sporting background preferred


• Very money motivated


• Excellent telephone manner


• Some sales experience is preferred but not required

As an entry level researcher, you will be expected to:

• Liaise with existing database candidates


• Resource new candidates through Headhunting, Advertising and Networking


• Work towards individual and team targets


• Liaise with clients and understand job requirements


• Cold call new managers to build your business


• Attending client and candidate meetings
