Security & Retail Loss Prevention Manager (Security & LP)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Location: London


Great opportunity to manage the Security and Loss Prevention department at a busy store in London. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Loss Prevention Officers, managing security in the store, resolving issues of internal theft and ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.


The position offers opportunity for career progression and will see you work at a busy and rewarding store.


Applicants must meet the following criteria:


• Experience within Retail Security or Retail Loss Prevention
• Supervisory or management experience
• Experience of undertaking internal investigations into stock loss
• Good understanding of Health & Safety best practice


Key duties and responsibilities will include


• Supervision of the Loss Prevention team
• Training and development of Loss Prevention Officers
• External theft resolution
• Investigations into stock loss and employee dishonesty
• Conduct security audits in store
• Undertake LP training of retail staff
• Conduct Health & Safety checks
