CREDIT MANAGER- RECRUITMENT er

Our client is now seeking to recruit a highly effective Credit Manager who has a proven track record of DSO reduction, with the ability to manage a team of 12 credit controllers, ensuring that KPI’s are achieved and monthly collections targets are adhered to.


Principal duties and responsibilities are:


  • Manage debtors Ledgers, ensuring agreed targets are met

  • Management of the integration and collection process of the debtors ledger, to include the sending out of statements

  • Improvement of ageing profile of debt

  • Various KPI reporting and MI analysis

  • Adherence to Service Level Agreement reporting

  • Team management- appraisals and individual KPI’s, with experience of managing satelite teams

  • Management and outsourcing to debt collection if necessary

This role requires a candidate who has a “hands on attitude” with excellent management skills along with strong Excel and the ability to manipulate data.


If you are currently a member of CICM or hold a credit management related qualification this will be highly desirable.
