Office Administrator - Property Company



My client a High-End Property Management Company located in West London are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.


The company cover all over London, and pride there self by providing tailored cost efficient solutions and advise while managing a prestige portfolio of Apartments, Flats and Houses.


Responsibilities


  • Dealing with all Admin of the office and working alongside Directors.

  • First point of call for all company queries

  • Liaising with different departments to pass on key information

  • Return of Deposits

  • Ad-Hoc duties

Requirements


  • Must have worked as a administrator in a professional service company

  • Must be IT literate

  • Must be confident

  • Must have good Communication skills

  • Must have a good eye for detail

  • Must be good at multitasking

Candidates with experience within a Property Environment would be preferred however an Office Administration background is an essential requirement.


There will be potential career progression for the right person to progress into other areas of the business if you have a passion for certain areas of Property.
