The Role:

Currently there are trainee level roles across Compliance, Operations, Qualified Accountancy and Financial Services. The company is PSL rich, which for a trainee means that you will very quickly have live jobs to work on rather than spending weeks building relationships with new businesses before you have the opportunity to fill a role and make your first placement.

You will need to be self motivated and able to manage your own time, after an intensive 3-6 month training course you will be expected to take responsibility for your own billings with the support of your manager.

A typical day will consist of:

• Cold calling to win new business


• Networking


• Advertising jobs


• Interviewing candidates


• Maintaining successful client relationships

The Candidate:
