Graduates start with a 3 month training scheme taught by experienced mentors and consultants. You will start by researching into your given financial sector, i.e. Stock Broker, Financial Analyst, to ultimately progress into consultancy, dealing with clients and pitching for new business.

Entry level candidates start on a competitive £20,000 – £26,000 salary, dependant on their previous experience. Bonuses in your first year will be upwards of £35,000.

High achieving graduates apply: a minimum of a 2.1 degree needed. Any discipline will be considered however there is a strong preference for Business / Finance / Economic related degree’s. You must have a record of achievement outside of your academics as well – these may be sporting, personal, travel or work related. Previous business to business telesales experience is highly desirable

Excellent persuasive and communication skills are vital. You will be working within a highly professional and corporate environment.
