TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – ENGINEERING

BASE £22,000 + TO 20% COMMISSION

This client is part of a leading Global niche recruitment groups, specialising in the IT, Telecommunications, Accountancy & Finance, HR, Legal and Marketing sectors since their founding in the mid 70’s. Joining as a trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be growing your own client base on a either a temporary or permanent desk. You will be expected to hit the ground running, be determined to succeed and have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone. The internal training is of a high standard allowing you to quickly get to grips with this complex market and enabling you to develop new business through the acquisition of key clients within the engineering sector.
