Our client is a successful, profitable digital marketing and print communications company that provides a wide range of design, production and campaign management services to some of the biggest brands in the UK. Organically and through acquisition, the company has grown to a turnover of around £300m with offices across the UK and overseas. The business is high growth, fast change and entrepreneurial.

In this new role, you’ll introduce new solutions architecture and consulting services to the company’s blue-chip client base, principally in the Financial Services, Utilities and Telecoms sectors. Leading a small team and working from sales, marketing and pre-sales groups, you’ll be the company’s key individual in growing its digital transformation activities,

Your background is likely to be in respected consultancy practice or professional services company. You’ll want to build something and escape the shackles of an established and more hierarchical company and help build something fresh. You’ll love working with big name clients where your creativity and intellect can be put to great use.

You’ll possess excellent communications skills and blue-sky thinking, whilst at the same time bringing first-class technical and architecture skills (TOGAF preferred) to the role.

This is a role for someone who wants to make their mark in a high growth company. It’s a role that is seen as being the mostly likely position for a successor to the Group Solutions Director so you’ll be ambitious and career-minded.
