Our client, due to internal promotion is looking for someone who will be responsible for all customer invoices, accounts receivable and the company’s general accounts. The ideal individual will be experienced in accounts, customer service and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering customer invoices while using the in house accounting system to trace client delivery tickets


• In charge of general administrative duties which include filing, scanning and organising the branch’s post


• Responsible for assisting customers with queries whilst working with the Head of Financial Operations and / or related sales person in order to respond to enquiries accurately


• Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with special billings customers


• In charge of generating manual invoices with the Euro currency, when requested by the company’s European based clients


• Responsible for tracking regular reports using the company’s credit management system in order to show all invoices issued


• Responsible for managing the accounts receivable ledger in order to assure a timely and accurate distribution of funds


• In charge of resolving any issues that may occur with accounts receivable


• Responsible for supporting other members of staff in addition to covering in their absence in regards to important customer accounts


• Ad hoc duties when required

Person specification:

• Previous experience with accounts receivable or general accounts


• Experience in a customer service environment


• Experience with Oracle will be considered an advantage


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• Must have strong numerical skills


• Must have strong attention to detail


• Microsoft Office literate and experienced in the use of Excel
