I am working with an established London based Recruitment agency who specialise in three markets; Public Sector, Quantitative Trading and Technology. Their London based office is expanding and they are recruiting for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their Technology team.

The Role;

• Working as a team to source and introduce relevant and talented candidates


• Identify client opportunities


• Build and maintain new business and client relationships


• Understand the scope of the market; and develop an appreciation of key market companies and competitors


• Ensure relevant key performance indicators are hit each week


• Help strengthen the business by understanding the companies objectives and goals

Requirements;

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within IT/Technology Recruitment


• Previous experience of wining and developing new business


• High degree of resilience and sales aptitude


• Excellent time management, must be able to meet tight deadlines and work longer hours if required


• Must be a team player and capable of working in a tight-knit team


• Must have a passion for the Technology sector


• Must be hungry and driven to exceed targets
