Graduate Legal Recruitment Consultant

With a large base of industry specific knowledge and more legal recruitment experience than any other legal agency. In an industry where there are rewards and benefits for hard working employees, being driven and motivated is very important. Incentives for meeting targets include lunch clubs, drinks and holidays. The role is highly sales based so any experience in sales or customer service would be helpful but is not essential.

The role will include managing the 360 degree recruitment lifecycle, liaising with clients, sourcing mid to senior level candidates with salaries starting at £40,000 and upwards.

A 2:2 or above degree (not necessarily Law related) is a key requirement for this role.

Basic salary: £20,000 – £24,000 at entry level however there is a strong commission structure. With commission we expect earnings to be between £40,000-£60,000 in year one
