Art Specialist LSA needed in Enfield!

Have you got strong behaviour management skills?

A behavioural provision in the Enfield area is looking for an Art specialist to join their team ASAP on a long term basis. This is a school for students who have been taken out of mainstream education due to their behaviour. This is a secondary provision prides itself on its ability to manage and maintain students behaviour and help them improve and intergrate back into mainstream school.

This will be a learning suport role where youwill be working closely in the Art department working with students  alongside the teacher to ensure that the students are focused and engaged in the lesson.

You will be working across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Due to the nature of the provision you will be require the manage the behaviour and work closely with the students and the teachers to ensure that behaviour plans are set in place.

The ideal candidate will have/be;
– Experience with challenging behaviour
– Good rapport building skills
– An Art related degree/ qualification
– Able to commute to Enfield on a daily basis
– Clear and valid DBS
– Able to start working ASAP
