Our client, a successful and growing UK bank, are in a growth and investment phase. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Asset Finance team to develop personally and professionally and work collaboratively with an ambitious team.
The Corporate Asset Finance team provides exceptional client service and Operational Lease facilities to businesses with turnover of £25m-£750m. We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join a newly created position within the team.
Responsibilities of the Associate – Corporate Asset Finance :
· Support the Origination team – assisting on pitches and helping to prepare potential deals for presentation
· Support the Portfolio Management team on documentation, structuring and execution of new and existing facilities
Essential skills of the Associate – Corporate Asset Finance:
· Proven track record of Corporate experience i.e. Corporate Assistant; Corporate Business Development Associate; Relationship Support Manager
· Ability to undertake modelling pricing and funding cash flows to fund new transactions
· Proactive and self-starter attitude – desire to expand, build, and grow upon your experience to quickly progress
· Passion for delivering the best solutions for clients
