Business Administrator - Temp - Perm
Our client is offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to support their very busy team based in East London, full training and support will be provided.
You will initially temp with a view to becoming a permanent member of staff in the New Year.
Your duties will include:
Supporting the Admin Department in the day to day administration tasks.
Sorting and processing daily tickets that are received from their Concrete Plants – inputting any add-ons and also waiting time.
Updating Excel documents with logging of returned material.
Running reports on their SAP system.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven administration skills gained working in a team environment
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Google.
Fast accurate typing speed, attention to detail is essential.
Must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Happy to work in a fast paced business environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be able to start asap as this is a Temp – Perm position.
