As a Chef de Partie, previous experience in Contract Catering would be desirable but not essential. You must be able to cook to a high volume whilst maintaining strict health and safety procedures across the operation. You will have an enthusiastic nature, passionate about fresh food, be a team player and be adept in supervising a team of Commis Chefs.
