Commercial Insurance Account Handler – Motor Trade

Providing support to a portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients, servicing existing business, renewals, and maximising new business opportunities.

Contacting clients to obtain renewal information, updating relevant fact finding, data base records

Obtaining competitive rates and terms from Insurers, and providing quotations to clients.

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional covers.

Handling mid-term adjustments, and responding to day to day client queries – by ‘phone, email and written.

Checking and issuing policy documentation.

Liaising with respect to premium collection -debits and credits.

Applicants should have already gained at least 3 years Insurance broking experience – this could be Commercial Motor, or dealing with Commercial Insurance Motor Trade clients.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing the best level of service.

The team provides a comprehensive training programme, to ensure you are fully informed of technical product information, as well as on their systems and procedures.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Alternate Saturday mornings.
