Based in Central London + Travel

Base salary up to £25000 + profit share + benefits

An opportunity to join a highly successful media & conference business in a Graduate level Conference Producer position. This organisation have developed great training & support programmes for Graduates joining business, creating excellent internal talent pools allowing them to offer career progression and successfully expand the business.

The Role

As a Conference Producer within this global conference & media business you will be responsible for creating high quality commercial conferences which meet the aims of the business & needs of the delegates & corporate sponsors involved in the event.

As a Conference Producer your role will include:

• In-depth telephone & desk research


• Identifying hot topics for new events


• Creating & confirming the agenda


• The recruitment of senior & relevant speakers for your event


• Creating & writing the marketing copy for the marketing team to deliver


• Agreeing a& managing the conference deadlines & financial budgets


• You will also liaise with speakers & sponsors pre event & manage the event on the day.

Essentially your research, creative writing, strategic project management and communication skills will be fully utilised as a conference producer within this team orientated organisation.

The Person

• This role will suit a Graduate who has developed great skills outside of university to meet the needs of this job opportunity.


• You will have an inquisitive nature, be an idea’s person with a real desire to learn.


• We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious professional looking to carve a real career in the conference sector.


• You will be a Graduate with a 2:1 or 1st degree


• Be really interested in business and new business topics & changes
