Full Time Dental & Aesthetics Practice Manager – Marylebone, London
Our new, small dental, aesthetics and wellness clinic in the heart of London’s Medical District is looking for Female/Male Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception duties , registered CQC manager duties and Practice Manager duties


• liaising with patients,run the front of house, and the day-to-day of the practice


• IT and communication excellence


• Seek opportunities to grow the business by raising the practices profile using Marketing and sales to convert leads into new business.


• Pro actively increase revenue through clever goals and targets.


• Understand and look to reduce operating costs.


• Come up with innovative solutions to ensure maximum capacity


• Maintain and organise the payroll and invoice accounts


• Effectively manage all employee relations issues and the recruitment process for Dental staff.


• Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures and protocols issued by the CQC, HTM0105, GDC and ensure clinical governance processes are in place.


• The position will be 40 hour per week Monday to Friday but the candidate will need to be flexible with working hours where required

The ideal candidate, for this exciting opportunity, will be well spoken, with a cheerful personality, happy and enthusiastic even with difficult patient group. Experience within Dental Practice Management and with CQC and other regulatory bodies in particular are essential. Marketing skills is also an advantage.
