We are on the search for 10 motivated and career hungry graduates who have demonstrated high achievement in both academia and in a working capacity. We are looking for the best communicators who have the confidence to converse with clients and senior candidates on a day to day basis.

The Company:

The Training:

This is the most comprehensive training program in the recruitment industry, you will attend weekly sessions based upon 4 core main areas; Headhunting, Business development, Relationship building and Market awareness. There are weekly prizes for the graduates who demonstrate the best progress!

Incentives & Package:

• Commission realistically will be £15,000 year one (equating to £37,000 as on target earnings in year one)

This is what we need:

• 2:1 from ideally a top 50 university.


• Must have some work experience in target orientated environment.


• Sales experience is desirable but not essential.


• Confident, approachable and driven to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates.


• Competitive, career focused and desire to want to be the best.
