Graduate Trainee Head-hunter - Start Immediately

The Role:

– As a Graduate Trainee Head-hunter, you will be responsible for matching candidates to vacancies, souring & interviewing candidates and negotiating deals with clients.

– You will be given 12 weeks of graduate training on how to find the right candidate and effective headhunting methods.

– After completing the training programme you will work as a resourcer and therefore responsible for candidate acquisition and will be supporting the consultants in their work.

– After this 6month period you will be a fully fledge recruitment consultant.
