An award winning brewery group is looking for a passionate and organised Head Chef.

The venue will be in the heart of Greenwich and will benefit from a new housing development as well as passing tourist trade due to its riverside location. The kitchen will have no expense spared and will fully equipped with all the equipment needed. As the Head Chef you will need to be a talented chef and able to direct a large team during busy periods.

The Head Chef will be responsible for all of the kitchen management as well as menu development. The Head Chef will need to be cope with all paperwork and be aware of allergens and HACCP.
