Health and Safety Advisor -Corporate -EMEA -40K -URGENT

My client is the world’s leading commercial real estate services firm. With approximately 39,000 employees, the company serves real estate owners, investors and occupiers through more than 300 offices worldwide.

They have a role for a EMEA Health & Saftety Advisor to work in a corporate environment . There client has 90 large corporate buildings in 32 European destinations .

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead and chair local health and safety committee meetings – produce agenda, minutes and updates as required

2. Providing H&S advice and knowledge to the client and local teams appropriately

3 Responsible for conducting investigations into health and safety incident reports

4. Implementing practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices in the workplace

5. Conducting relevant health and safety training with staff on as required

6. Manage the online health and safety training systems

7. Manage health and safety inbox/ communication forum

8. Completing and submitting reports/documentation as required

9. Conduct internal and compliance audit of all sites within area of responsibility; report on findings and mange issue log through to completion.

10. Carry out general office risk assessment and special assessments as required by business

11. Liaising with all Facilities Managers across the contract on health and safety issues

12. Manage and audit vendor health and safety compliance across region

13. Developing procedures and regular review of procedure

14. Other ad hoc health and safety duties

15. Managing & demonstrating Compliance across the region.
