HR Analyst



A private equity firm is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Analyst on an interim basis (3 months). This opportunity is to support the wider HR function with numerous projects.

You will be responsible for;


HR Analyst
*Management information: Providing timely, accurate and regular reporting & analysis on a number of metrics
*Organisation chart: Update on a monthly basis
*Medical check benefit: update spread sheet monthly
*Coordinate the joiners and leaver processes
*Upload and maintain current content to share point and board vantage
*Recruitment Admin and organisation (organise interviews, liaise with agencies, candidate tracking, recruitment inbox management)
*HR documentation – draft and issue reference letters, change to terms and conditions, etc.
*Maintain electronic and paper HR files and templates, update documents as and when required
*Benefits administration for UK & Europe – respond to enquiries / follow up with providers
*Ad hoc projects/reports/data analysis as required


Person specification
*Comfortable working in a fast paced environment within a global Professional/Financial services organisation
*Has previous work experience within a small HR team supporting a growing headcount
*Attention to detail must be second nature
*Must be able to prioritise a consistently heavy workload
*Capable of working to tight deadlines and at a fast pace
*Approaches work with curiosity and with process improvement in mind at all times
*Able to communicate with individuals at all levels including senior management
*Able to eloquently express ideas, views and suggestions other team members, and be unafraid to challenge colleagues within the team
