Receptionist (Part-time) - easyGym - Wood Green

Job Title: Gym Supervisor
Salary: £7,250 per annum
Hours: 20 hours, working 5pm to 9pm.
Location: Wood Green

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining effectively relationships with members and colleagues


• Liaising with contractors in relation to entering and exiting the club


• Attending staff meetings as requested by Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly welcome to all who arrive


• Ensuring that reception is clean and tidy at all times


• Helping members sign up to the Club


• Carrying out tours of the Club


• Assisting with queries and complaints, escalating when needed


• Monitoring member usage


• Ad hoc admin and reporting
