The UK sales force deliver over 225,000 sales per annum with a total membership base of 430,000. Your role is to
developing winning strategies to drive and ensure optimal sales volume and yield is delivered in your region.
The regions in our business are vast so strategic thinking and managing and influencing remotely are key skills as
well as being a key sales stakeholder reporting to executive leaders of the business on a monthly basis.
Reporting into your Regional Director you will aid with the strategic development of the sales side of the business.
Working closely with the club General Managers and sales teams you will develop winning strategies for optimum
sales growth in the relevant hot areas associated with our clubs. Inspecting our ways of working are established
and living in each club. Using key data to agree marketing initiatives and activities to ensure the Virgin Active brand
is at the forefront of each location.
Ensuring the ongoing recruitment and selection of Virgin Active Activists to our sales force
Constantly managing and coaching and advising on the inputs of our sales funnel to deliver the desired out puts.
Ensuring on-going forecasts and plans are made to deliver budgeted expectations and to effectively and timeously
evaluate risks and identify opportunities.
