Basic to £25k, OTE £35k first year

The Person:
– A background in B2B sales, B2C sales or Telesales is essential
– Our client is looking to recruit a self motivated candidate to work as a Resourcer
– You must possesses real drive and desire to establish yourself as a successful Resourcer with a leading Recruiter
– You need to have an outgoing personality and be able to think on your feet!
– You must possess the confidence to work on your own initiative, as well as be a natural team player
– A professional approach is required to succeed in this fantastic opportunity
– You are expected to be an ambassador for the brand when dealing with candidates and attending networking and career fairs
– This is a fast paced and challenging role so you need to be organised and able to prioritise your workload to be a successful Resourcer.

The Role:
– You will be required to create a quality candidate pool using the client’s existing database, LinkedIn, Twitter, job boards, headhunting, mail shots and leads
– You will work towards set KPI’s, focussing on building a strong candidate pipeline through consistent achievement of activity targets
– You will be expected to take ownership of candidates by listening to their career aspirations and building rapport to establish long term business relationships
– You will be required to write adverts, take advert response, vet and screen CV’s, short list, interview and match candidates to the right roles and clients
