Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales and Marketing.
Basic to £20k, OTE c.£30k plus BUPA Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme, 24 Days Holiday – discretionary holiday increase after 2 years service, Company summer day out, one hour ‘lie-in’ once per week, leave early every other Friday plus your birthday off!!! Very sociable team.

The Person:
You must be driven, positive, capable, diligent with a good attitude towards your work. Personality is key. Although targets will be set, you will be mature enough to know what you have to achieve and fulfil the role well. You will possess good levels of business acumen and strong communication skills. You will be business minded, able to work on your own or as part of a successful team, where you will be professional and motivated in your approach, with a desire to be successful.

Our Client specialise in the Temporary and Permanent markets, covering a number of different sectors. They have a sister company and look to compliment their business with an International desk. They are an independent consultancy, so they have the flexibility to ensure that decisions are made easily and consultants are listened to. The welfare of their consultants is very important to them, you will be given support and a proper development structure. They are a very values based business.
The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant for their Sales and Marketing team. You will take client and candidate details and assist with bookings, keep information up to date and complete relevant paper work. You will support the team with all elements of their Consultancy roles. With a large number of working temps out currently, the desk should bill in excess of £250k this year. You will work on a mix of Sales and Marketing and Support staff. The role is varied and interesting – never a dull moment! You will be required to work to deadlines and think on your feet. Your role will be an important element to the team’s success. The opportunity to progress to a full recruitment consultancy role over time will be available.
