£14,000 + Com OTE £40k + Company Car
Our client started life as a property management company their first estate agent office opened in 1984 and since then they’ve grown to become a group consisting of over 50 branches across London. Living and working in the Capital means they have a huge amount of property knowledge and experience. Their estate agents have earned a reputation for quality and a friendly service too.
We are seeking a Sales Negotiator with a proven track record of sales for their successful branch, you will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated.
As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience of working for a London based Estate Agents
- A passion for London property and people
- The ability to negotiate
- Sound Business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self starter
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Duties to include:
- Carrying out valuations of residential properties and obtaining instructions to sell
- Obtaining mortgage leads
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
- Maintaining applicant database
- Negotiating offers
- Co-ordinating sales to completion
- Conduct effective accompanied viewings
- Full Driving Licence
