This year Jenrick Commercial celebrates our 10th anniversary and 2016 holds great things for us.  We have just confirmed that profits for 2015 were triple that of 2014 so we must be doing something right.


So Why don’t the best Recruitment Consultants Sell, surely this cant be true, well it is.  The very best recruiters ask intelligent questions to their clients and candidates and they build open, trusted and honest relations (you know the kind of relationships you have with a true friend) and thats what makes us different.

The Role:


We are looking for a talented 360 degree recruiter to add to our established team, typical duties will consist of:


Account Management of both Clients and Candidates that you want to develop


Building the best relations with all your clients and candidates through trust and amazing communication that way you see the very best opportunity to work with companies etc


New and existing client visits


Advertising of roles


Filtering of applications and matching the best candidates


Registering and Pre Briefing candidates for interview


Organisation of Interviews


Business Partnering to both client and candidate


Negotiation and doing all you can to fill the open role.


Whats in your DNA:


Ideally you will have good external recruitment experience as it would be a greater advantage if you understand how the world of recruitment works.  The is a number of things that you need to be so be honest here as we arent looking for any Energy Vampires !!


1) Do you have Passion and Energy then great move onto the line below
2) Do your friends love being around you as you have such an infectious personality.
3) Do you really care about leaving the best and most positive impression to others
4) Are you a fighter, not the boxing kind but someone who never gives in
