Area Manager - Central London - International Brand

We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager for an international, organic artisan deli brand. Our client has over 250 sites across London, Paris and thought Germany.

On their behalf, we are seeking an Area Manager for their London flagship venues, managing up to twelve stores in central locations. The ideal candidate would come from an Area Manager or Operations Manager role with at least one year’s experience at this level. This role would report directly to the head of operations. Previous experience in a branded environment or food retail environment would give you a distinct advantage.

The candidate would have a fun, lively and driven personality with a unrivalled knowledge of good food and the hospitality industry.

You must have a proven track record of:

• Managing large scale branded venues


• Multi-site experience


• In depth knowledge of HR, admin and budgeting.


• Sales and profit building experience.


• Nurturing and coaching experience to enable teams to achieve.


• A strong business acumen and people management skills
