We are CrewLance, London based community managed platform where individual event Freelancers (general crew, audio and sound technicians, set builders, riggers, stewards, cleaners etc) can source their own work, skipping a middle man in the process and earn much better wages.On the other hand, it is also a place where Clients (event organisers, production companies, exhibitors, individuals etc) can search, hire and rate their event crew directly, cutting out a middle man and any inflated fees associated.

The goal of the platform is to allow Employers and Event Crew/Freelancers skip any inflated middle man fees in the process of job sourcing. At the moment we are building the platform and we are connecting clients and staff offline, FREE of any charge.

We have Clients posting jobs with us on a weekly basis and our data base of event Freelancers is growing fast.
