ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - WHITE CITY - PREMIUM BRAND! - Elite Associates - London

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a current Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to join a prestigious brand. This premium American brand is newly established within the EU market.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail background. You must have considerable experience of managing a turnover as a minimum £5-10 million per annum and a team of 15-20 employees as a minimum. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding KPI targets through your exceptional management skills and ability to communicate.

Up to £45k with generous benefits and bonus’s

Key Responsibilities: –

• Manage and set objectives for team, review performance against set objectives


• To provide exemplary customer service and manage the team to ensure this is executed


• Set and communicate retail standards across the department


• To monitor divisional sales and profit plan and deliver action plan to maximise performance


• Review competitor activity and develop strategies to exceed this.

The ideal candidate will possess: –

• a minimum of 5 years retail management experience


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Leadership and motivational skills


• be commercially aware and possess in depth experience of working towards KPIs


• Ability to plan, prioritise and cope under pressure
