Data Analyst

Based Centrally in London our client is a well respected Hi-Tec company who is immediately seeking to appoint a Data Analyst – with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role using Excel to analyse data and presenting this information in report format, including providing recommendations, deciding on priorities of what to report and suggesting ideas for action going forward is essential;


• Excellent analytical skills


• Advanced Excel;


• Good oral and written communications skills;


• Strong attention to detail;

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receipt, uploading and analysing data received from MNOs and MVNOs to:


• Assist the Finance team with the cheque run for commission payments for retailers by analysing the data and ensuring this is correct prior to payments being made;


• Providing data for modelling ideas for commission schemes including providing suggestions and recommendations;


• Assist with developing automated reports on the in-house system to provide a dashboard for management;


• Some liaison with counterparts at MNOs and MVNOs

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly management information for KPIs;


• Analyse the data for trends and investigate as appropriate to understand the data to be able to report on this to management for example with retailer activity;


• Analysing and understanding changes in the data;

To be successful you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be an astute communicator.
