My client, an extremely prestigious and extremely lovely management consultancy firm, are looking for an intelligent, driven, resilient and well presented Executive Assistant with a huge amount of professionalism, initiative and determination to be the best.

You will be joining a great team of people and whilst there will be some ad hoc support to the wider team this is primarily a 1:1 role. Each day will bring new and exciting challenges in their award winning Financial Services Division. This team work at the cutting edge of exciting economic global projects. The team are not only interesting, inclusive and fun but extremely intelligent with lots of characters!


You will be extremely well presented and polished and able to work well with people across the entire seniority spectrum. You will be articulate and intelligent and suited in terms of outlook, presentation, polish and person to a corporate environment where you are always client facing.


You will have an excellent education, be in possession of strong A levels and a degree.


The role will involve administration, client liaison, preparing reports and spreadsheets etc but also you will be involved in events and networking and will allow you to get involved in many aspects of this dynamic firm and develop your skills as you support the team. Some of the duties are as follows


• Provide smooth and effective management of the day to day workload for the Energy & Utilities sector lead UK partner.
• Provide intense diary management. Acting as a gate keeper and liaising directly with internal staff and external clients and their secretaries to arrange meetings, lunches and dinners and organizing all details as required.
• Active inbox management – action or flagging items requiring attention.
• Provide contact management (Outlook/xRM)
• Provide support for relevant meetings, including issuing agendas, coordinating meeting papers, taking minutes and follow up on actions
• Organise various internal meetings, or offsite meetings, booking meeting rooms/venues, coordinating attendees and ordering refreshments as required.
• Organise global travel / hotel accommodation and visas.
• Process expenses regularly and coordinate the weekly timecard submission.
• Document and production and support, ensure partner is prepared for internal/external meetings by ensuring meeting papers are printed, organized and ready prior to meetings
• Act as the eyes and ears for the sector lead, by flagging any items requiring attention where necessary.
• Support the coordination and communication of the Global Sector Go To Market team
• Support presentations, bid/ proposals, letter writing.
• Provide support for any Company sponsored/hosted events or workshops.
