We are seeking a hard-working and skilled demi chef de partie or experienced commis chef. Good knife skills, knowledge of food and passion for wild ingredients. This is a job for a real ‘food lover’. Somebody who lives, breathes and dreams of fresh produce, exciting flavours and inspirational menus!
