In line with this philosophy, we are seeking individuals who wish to flourish both personally and professionally in a first-class setting.KEY DUTIES:Ensure that the The company standards are maintained and represented at all timesProvide consistent five-star customer serviceAdhere to all The company SOPsHave a clear understanding and up-to-date knowledge about The company brandAssist in keeping the reception area immaculately presented at all timesDeal with enquires in a professional manner whether in person, on the telephone or emailAdminister all reservations, cancellations and no-shows in line with the companyKeep up-to-date with current promotions and pricing, to provide information to guests whilst maximising treatment sales opportunitiesFulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safetySubmit all paperwork in a timely manner as and when is necessaryEnsure that the data capture is maintained and sent to Head Office in the protocol by the line managerEnsure that the customer feedback is monitored and passed on to direct lineAssist in marketing implementation and networking activities as decided by seniorStock control of all retail to be monitored and communicated to line managerEnsure the achievement of all targets and KPIs setCarry out instructions given by the The company House Coordinator and Head OfficeSKILLS: At least five years’ experience, either within the beauty or hospitality industryExceptional customer service skillsEfficient and highly organisedStrong ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written skillsEnthusiastic and motivating presenceSPECIFICS: Salary from £23,000 to £25,000, DOEGenerous commissions on retail28 days holiday per year (Including Bank Holidays )8 Hour shifts over 7 day working week, 5 days a week
