Position: UX Designer

This role requires a real focus and passion for user centric design development using the most modern tools. Working closely with multidisciplinary internal and client-side teams, you will be responsible for planning and crafting robust, high quality, immersive web/native applications that are elegant and intuitive. You will be involved throughout the client engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales presentation and proposal, through project analysis, research and conception, to technical implementation and delivery.

You’ll have demonstrable experience of designing user interfaces for multi-device applications, translating user requirements and business kpi’s into elegant, usable solutions.

Responsibilities include the development of sketches, drawings, low-and high-fidelity wireframes, paper and electronic prototypes, project design guides, illustration assets (such as splash screens, icons, charts, tables), and applicable technology-specific styles and templates.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of user centric design skills and technical understanding sufficient not only to imagine an interface but to present and realize it as well. An educational background in art, design, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction is preferred. Excellent communication and presentations skills are essential.

Exposure in a similar role and environment is preferred

Excellent knowledge of latest digital trends and developments in UX

Passion for user-centric design

Relevant design, human-computer interaction, communications or technology related degree

Proficiency in standard UX specification and analysis tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, Google Analytics, Sketch, Adobe CC) and the ability to learn new ones quickly
